Regulatory bodies

To meet the new regulatory requirements of our markets, we monitor regulatory developments on a daily basis.

We are currently updating the documentation for all our aromatic raw materials to ensure compliance with the latest amendment by the IFRA (International Fragrance Association). We fully implement a continuous improvement program, including ensuring compliance of those of our aromatic raw materials destined for use on the food market.

We provide technical documents for each of our aromatic raw materials (Technical Specifications and Safety Data Sheet) that are updated regularly to keep pace with the changing regulatory environment.

We meet the requirements of the European REACH regulations (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals) implemented on June 1, 2007, for tonnages between one and 10 tons. To ensure the most thorough REACH conformity on our aromatic raw materials, we take part in SIEF information-exchange forums on strategic materials. To guarantee supply sustainability, we confirm that our producers have undertaken the necessary steps for REACH compliance and have properly registered their aromatic raw materials with the ECHA. For our own crops, when tonnage requires, we take care of REACH registration ourselves.
