After several weeks of lockdown, because of the coronavirus situation, we have set up a deconfliction plan. Step by step our goal is to ensure the comeback of our colleague at work, in a healthy and security environment, while maintaining the activity.
A risk assessment has been carried out on our various sites to implement the necessary preventive measures: layout of common areas and offices, posting of procedures and maximum capacity of each area, installation of physical barriers, provision of hydroalcoholic gels and masks.
All employees have been trained – virtually – in the deconfinement protocol and have been made aware of the health rules now in force.
Thus, since May 18, employees have been able to return to the site. Nevertheless, teleworking is still preferred as much as possible, in order to reduce the number of people on site at the same time and thus ensure that barrier gestures are respected.
